One hour of physical education per week is not enough.
Until the 4th grade, children have about one hour of physical education per week. And in Évora, there was a lack of spaces designed for the movement of the little ones.
At Studio Minô, there is no competition: the effort of not giving up is valued.

From age 3, in Stimulation Gymnastics. There are classes up to 17 years old, All In Gymnastics for parents and children on Saturdays and Pop Dance for adults.

My son "is hopeless". Does that make sense?
Do it. There’s no “I’m not good at it” here: there’s trying, practicing, and succeeding. There’s no competition—effort and perseverance are what matter.
Can parents participate?
Yes. On Saturdays at 10 a.m., there is All In Gymnastics for parents and children in the same room.
